True Personal Growth is just about the greatest challenge any of us can face in a life-time. It takes you directly out of your normal "comfort zone" and requires you to face feelings that you've probably, if you are like most everyone else, spent a lifetime avoiding as if your very life were at stake. This site is here to provide support for those who have made, or are in the process of making, the transition from "running to safety" to opening to reality - the truth that cannot get any more simple.
